About Us

Encosta da Camarinha is a family farm located in an agricultural valley, whose actual area is the result of the persistence of its owner, José Nunes Thomás Cotrim, to unify a heritage that for decades has been split between the different heirs.

Nowadays, with 6 hectares, the farm includes, in addition to the main house and other outbuildings (such as the local accommodation unit), an orange grove, an olive grove, an area of forest and it is still available some area for new out coming agricultural projects. In 2017, with the construction of this new house, the dream of sharing this place with you, with this new accommodation unit in rural area, became real.

It is the perfect place to get the family together and spend a weekend or an entire week of your holidays, in contact with nature, in a farm that is taking its first steps in biological farming and in processing its local products.

Give life to the farm, offering this space to those looking for days of comfort and tranquility in a rural environment, as well as to allow others to find out the village of Ferreira do Zêzere and the surrounding region, is our goal.
